Through the Soul Body, the continuum of life recognizes its own reflection in every form.

In its illumined state, it is neither negative nor opposing.

It is the deep Intelligence that protects life through Awareness.

The Positive Mental Body is the visionary within, the aspect of Mind that sees possibility in every challenge.

The Neutral Mental Body is the meeting place of clarity and compassion.

It listens to all voices and chooses Harmony, over reaction.

The Living Physical Body is the Sacred house of integration, the meeting place of sensation and Soul. Through its nerves, the world speaks; through its glands, Spirit regulates and refines Awareness.

The Arc Body reflects the Presence of the Soul back into the senses.

It protects the seat of intuition from the disturbances of external noise and the shadows of internal doubt.

I stand in my field of light. My Presence radiates Harmony and Peace.

Through Awareness, I Breathe the world into balance. I am luminous, protected and whole.

Through prana, the Body and Soul exchange their gifts, Breath becomes food, thought becomes movement, life becomes prayer.

The Subtle Body is the whisper of the Soul, the bridge between the waking Mind and the vast unconscious.

I breathe with the rhythm of all times.

The universe reflects my inner brilliance.

Through integration of all bodies, Soul, Mind and form, the inner architecture of Consciousness becomes one radiant system.
