The Living Axis of Eternal Breath

Meditating figure with Living Axis of Breath

PRANA • APANA • SUSHUMNA
HARI, HARI HAR, HARI HAR, HARI HAR, HARI

This meditation engages your Breath, Body and instinct through direct repetition of the mantra on a single exhale.

As your Breath empties, you feel a natural impulse to inhale and remain present within that threshold.

Over time, your Body reorganizes its relationship with internal pressure.

What begins as effort becomes your self-regulating Field of Awareness.

Chant three times in one Breath, focus while expelling the full Breath so it increases your lung capacity and then inhale as slow as you can.

Repeat mantra for 11 minutes.

Prana and Apana move in Harmony.

Ida and Pingala enter rhythmic accord.

Through this atonement, Sushumna awakens as The Living Axis.

Your Human System expands its capacity to
integrate, sustain and express Awareness into balance.

"Hari / Har" — A Transformational Switch

Hari = remover of suffering / illusion

Har = creative force of the Infinite

This mantra transmutes friction between prana and apana while polarity becomes unity.
